SPECIAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS DURING COVID-19 CRISIS
In Thunders Love we are worried about the safety of our employees, their families, our customers, our suppliers, all that people that make possible our business. For this reason during coronavirus crisis, we will keep at home. It has been a really difficult decision for us, but we must be responsible.
As consequence, during this period we will delay the shipment of the orders. However, it doesn’t mean that you cannot buy your favorite socks, you still can order them and we will ship them as soon as the current situation has been overcome.

PURCHASE /TRANSPORT
The order will be sent to the shipping address indicated by the customer. The order will be sent if possible in a single package through the State Corporation of Postal Service or UPS .
In case the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, the State Corporation of UPS (by certified mail), in any case will leave a note in the mailbox for later collection in the delegation nearest to the address the client's.
The customer can at any time know the status of your shipment.
Orders to countries of the European Union are subject to VAT. This amount is already included in the price. The shipping will be free for deliveries in Spain and Portugal. For the rest of Europe and United States the shipment will be free on purchases over € 100 and in the rest of the world from € 150.
Deliveries are made between 2 and 5 business days from the date of order according to availability of stock. In case of delay, the customer will always be informed in advance. Most orders ship in 72 hours. For orders outside the peninsula (Baleares) this term is extended to 5-7 days, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, consult.
Faced with any lack of stock or modification of the order we will contact the buyer before ordering, to look for a possible product change or wait for the replacement by the supplier. In the latter case the times are subject to the response time of the provider.

You can pay by credit or debit card without having to create an account in Paypal. Once payment is complete you can return to THUNDERSLOVE.com and you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

To pay for your new socks you have two options: pay with card (VISA, MASTERCARD, etc.) or make the purchase through the paypal payment platform.
THUNDERS LOVE does not have access to your bank details at any time, and it is the financial entities that are in charge of carrying out the transactions. You can rest easy; your data will be treated confidentially and under maximum security at all times.
